About me

Owner and Principal of Waterman Property Management division, Kelly leads her team from the front with a hard working attitude, straight shooter approach and tenacious drive to provide consistent, first class service to each and every client every time.

Her passion for the property industry started in 1999 fresh out of Business College where she joined a large national network on recommendation. This sparked her love of the industry and commitment ever since. Working her way through the ranks, she started out as Director of First Impressions and Business Systems Manager, attaining award nominations along the way. Always striving for more whilst working in the Hospitality field after hours she studied her Certificate IV and gained her Registered Sales Licence in 2004, in 2009 Level I, Certified Property Management, Commercial Leasing 1 & 2 and is a REISA CPM, in 2017 completed her Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) she now holds her full Agent’s License. She is dedicated to her own ongoing training and development and that of her team.

Having owned and managed her own investment property, she knows how vital tenant selection is and for rent to be paid on time every time, along with the commitment of constant communication. Attention to detail and tight procedures she sets ensure consistent high levels of delivery. She also maintains a policy as the business grows to allocate fewer properties per manager, this provides more time to build relationships and maintain quality.

When not in the office or out visiting properties, she enjoys, all things great outdoors, dining out and coffee catch ups and most of all spending time with her family camping - aka glamping around travelling in the caravan.

Our property advocate, Matt, did a great job in helping us to find our investment property within a month of engaging him. This was after we spent over two years searching and being very frustrated with continually missing out. He vetted properties so we didn’t have to waste our weekends going to multiple house opens and organised building inspections for us. Matt then expertly bid on our behalf at our successful auction which took a lot of stress out of the process.
