Kelly Salamon is the Owner and Principal of Waterman Property Management, leading one of Adelaide’s most dedicated and client-focused property management teams. With over 25 years’ experience in the South Australian real estate industry, Kelly is known for her straight-talking advice, strong leadership, and unwavering commitment to delivering consistent, first-class service to landlords and tenants alike.
Kelly began her real estate career in 1999 after completing Business College, joining a large national network where she quickly developed a passion for property management. Starting as Director of First Impressions and Business Systems Manager, she worked her way through the ranks, earning award nominations and building a deep understanding of agency operations from the ground up.
