An application needs to be submitted for each adult occupying the property that is over 18 years of age.
You must have read and signed the online Declaration and provide identification to pass our 100 Point check.
Please advise your referees that we will be contacting them this will avoid delays in processing your application. To process your application promptly we require that all information be completed on the form.
Next step, we check your references, confirm your employment, assess affordability of the rent for the property applied for. Once we have processed the application we then seek the owners approval.
To speed up the process, ensure you also upload any pay slips, rent ledgers and bank statements with your application form. This process can sometimes be delayed if we are unable to contact your referees. If you can obtain direct numbers and fill in email addresses this can help us process faster.
We want you to be approved as soon as possible too!
Finally the property must be inspected and we will invite you for an inspection.
