Review from a tenant of a unit managed by waterman, total of a bit over 6 years. Professional and friendly; whenever there needed to be repairs (aircon not working one day, other things that can happen over a 6 year time period), very quick response and issues were taken care of in the shortest time possible, always in high quality. Good experience with routine inspections, too. I have really no complaints, was always happy. I would for sure move into a place managed by waterman again.

We appointed Waterman Property Management to manage our recently purchased investment property. As we are currently located overseas, we were slightly anxious about the process.
