Mara Dottore began her real estate career in 2014, following more than two decades working in the pharmaceutical industry. Her exceptional attention to detail, structured approach, and compliance-focused mindset transitioned seamlessly into property management.
Driven by a genuine passion for property and a strong desire to support both landlords and tenants, Mara completed her South Australian Property Management Registration in 2022, further strengthening her professional capability within the industry.

In her role as Property Inspector & Maintenance Assistant, Mara plays a vital role in ensuring properties under management are well maintained, compliant, and professionally monitored across Adelaide and surrounding suburbs.
With over three years’ experience conducting routine property inspections, she enjoys being on-site, building positive rapport with tenants, and ensuring inspections are completed thoroughly and on schedule.
Mara works closely with the property management team to:
• Conduct detailed routine inspections
• Identify maintenance concerns early and ensure appropriate follow-up
• Assist with coordinating repairs efficiently
• Support compliance and documentation processes
• Help protect and preserve landlords’ investment properties
She understands that proactive inspections and timely maintenance are essential to maintaining property value and delivering strong, long-term outcomes for Adelaide landlords.

Outside of work, Mara is an active member of both the Spanish and Italian communities, proudly honouring her heritage and culture. She speaks fluent Italian, enabling her to connect confidently with a diverse range of clients and tenants.
